Price of interfaces
Each interface (connection to another system through which data is loaded (received) or data is sent to another system) is priced separately.
It is not only necessary to build such a data connection, but also to maintain it. It consists of two things:
1. a) data traffic required by the data connection (between the other system or computer and our servers) and b) processing or production of received or sent data i. computing capacity to process or generate data received or sent and ii. storage capacity: logging of received or sent data
2. human support of interfaces, which again consists of two things:
a) technical support: solving technical problems (e.g.: the other system does not use exactly the same set of characters, the other system is not available, does not send what is described, does not send as described, new version was removed from the other system, therefore it does not work)
b) process support: operational third-line support: exploration and resolution of process-related issues, problems arising from data, settings, and related deficiencies. (e.g. "why doesn't it work", "why isn't it fast enough", "where is the error, why aren't those data visible", "the data didn't come through, even though we must have sent it")
Both (1 and 2) require competent, well-prepared and experienced professionals: because in the case of interfaces, you need to know the process (from which system, what data comes/goes to which system and why) and the technology.

Where (according to the Generic Terms and Conditions)
Interface fee - simple/standard is charged for any interface used by the Customer that moves data between the Software and any system used by the Customer and the Service Provider already provides or is expected to provide the same interface for at least one other (third party) Customer.
Interface fee - complex/unique is charged for any interface used by the Customer that moves data between the Software and any system used by the Customer and the Service Provider has not yet provided the same interface for any other (third party) Customer and is not expected to provide an interface identical to the given interface in the foreseeable future.
Interface fee - a data-intensive interface fee is charged for any interface used by the Customer that moves data between the Software and any system used by the Customer and the number of data records moved in a given month (number of database records or - if a function / service between applications the interface works with calls - the number of calls) exceeds one thousand.
