MAIN FEATURES
Manufacturing optimization -
with Siemens Opcenter
We integrated our product with Siemens Opcenter. This is the world's leading manufacturing planning and optimization package, being used all over the globe.
If such a need arises, we will be happy to present it and together with our introductory partner, we will plan and implement the solution tailored to the company.
Manufacturing and workflow management
Manufacturing processes are closely integrated with workflow management, which enables customized processes to be launched already at the planning stage. These processes work together in an integrated way with stock, logistics, financial systems and performance indicators.
If necessary, individual forms, screens and input sheets can be created for custom production processes or process steps. This full-scale integration enables smooth and efficient management of production processes, maximally supporting the achievement of manufacturing goals.
Project-based manufacturing
We have closely linked the production processes with the projects, enabling project-based production.
As a result, independent projects can be launched, for which all project-specific functions are available and which are 100% integrated with all other features of the software. In this way, we provide a complete manufacturing management system that includes all the necessary tools and functions for effective manufacturing and project management.
Controlling - costs and results
Flexible controlling model for cost and profit calculation.

- Assign different identifiers per article - depending on the industry
- Article number format can be set
- Specifying and registering substitute articles
- Batch code handling can be set up
- Serial number handling can be set up
- Expiry date handling can be set up
- Articles and their BoM
- Manufacturing workflow steps definition together with resources (human, machines), lead times, capacities
- Full client master
- Corporate and private customers
- Management of domestic and foreign customers
- Order management
- Follow the entire order process
- In the ordering process, the so-called "machine steps" (automated steps) can also be entered, this means that certain steps are performed automatically by the software at the given point (e.g. warehouse movements, purchase order, invoicing, issuance of pro-forma invoice)
- The ordering process can be drawn and changed on a flowchart
- Different ordering process for each article, customer group, type or country
- Calculation of expected time of delivery
- Stock movement rights
- Different titles for different inventory movements (storage, restorage, retrieval, picking, etc.)
- Allocation of movement titles and inventory statuses
- Configurable inventory state transitions: transitions between the states that the inventory can take during its "lifetime" (from arrival to departure)
- Process management in relation to the warehouse / inventory
- Processes affecting inventory movements include all related articles and inventory movements and are displayed in an understandable and transparent way
- The moving process affecting articles and stock can be edited by hand, in a diagram, or drawn in a flowchart
- Intelligent inventory statuses managed as part of a process
- Configurable inventory statuses that can be added to each item
- Configurable inventory status transitions that each item can include as part of a process
- Taking into account the set state transitions at individual steps of the process (you can only include preset states)
- Comparison of customer order lines and available inventory
- Taking into account already open manufacturing and purchase orders
- Approving, rescheduling or splitting received customer order lines
- Forwarding orders to purchasing - for purchased items
- Forwarding orders to manufacturing planning - for self-manufactured items
- Manufacturing integration - internal (with other features of 10xONE): processes (workflows)
- Starting the purchase process (100% customizable, with flow chart, workflow) if the items of some order lines are not in stock and are not produced in-house
- Send data to Siemens Opcenter: articles, BoMs, manufacturing workflows, human resources, machines, manufacturing orders, order status changes
- Receive data from Siemens Opcenter: manufacturing orders prepared, scrapping artiles and their quantites
- This is used in case no external system (e.g. Siemens Opcenter) is used for manufacturing planning and execution
- Comparison of incoming production order lines and available stocks
- Release orders into production
- Production integration - internal (with other functions of 10xONE): workflows
- Rescheduling of production order lines
- Integration with any production planning system of your choice
- Purchase Order Management
- Full purchase order process tracking
- In the purchase order process, so-called "machine steps" (automations) can also be entered, this means that certain steps are performed automatically by the software at the given point (e.g. warehouse movements, purchase order, invoicing, issuance of pro-forma invoice)
- The purchase order process can be drawn and changed on a flowchart
- Different purchase order process for each article, customer group, type or country
- This is used in case no external system (e.g. Siemens Opcenter) is used for manufacturing planning and execution
- Rescheduling production orders
- Production of goods, storage of finished or semi-finished goods based on the bill of materials
- Production integration - internal (with other functions of 10xONE): warehousing and inventory
- Manufacturing integration - internal (with other features of 10xONE): financial information
- Production integration - internal (with other functions of 10xONE): workflows
- Production process: planning, budgeting
- Preparation of the production process budget (revenue and cost plan)
- Ongoing (more specific) income related to the production processand costs: planned and assignment of planned items to budget items
- Manufacturing process: monitoring the budget and finances
- Manufacturing process: plans and facts: create planned (expected) revenues, costs, other items, including KPIs (indicators)
- Production process: process-related invoices, other financial events, and their assignment to plans / budgets
- Create a diagram for any manufacturing process
- Shapes: normal flowchart shapes: activity, nested process, comment, branch, event
- Import diagrams from Microsoft Visio, Enterprise Architect and Aris Toolset (planned)
- Specific persons or roles can also be linked to individual process steps
- The lead time of the steps can be determined
- Complex turnaround time calculation that meets all needs - see also the information on time management
- Human and non-human resources can be assigned to steps
- The steps of human and non-human resources can also be viewed in the resource calendar (occupancy calendar)
- Requirements: different criteria for process steps that must be met to successfully complete a process step or path to execution
- Order document templates to process steps or the entire process
- Assign responsible persons or roles to process the steps
